Design Notes
This biobrick is expected to generate the protein C-T7-dCas9 synthesized by part of split T7 polymerase and dCas9. The sequence of CT7 and dCas9 are linked via a linker. In consideration of the protein’s activity influenced by its function, the His-Tag must be linked to the C terminus of dCas9. Subparts: C-T7; linker; dCas9
Source
T7 polymerase from bacteria BL21(DE3); dCas9 from plasmid PX335
